Current and upcoming racers, trials riders and free-riders form an integral part of the film, giving us a broad look at the various disciplines, skill levels and personalities of women who must ride. Vancouver's North Shore is considered one of the premiere mountain biking locations in the world. We begin Dirt Divas on the gnarly trails of Cypress and Grouse Mountains, then explode from the forests of BC to competitions all over North America. All disciplines of the sport are featured: downhill, dual slalom, cross country, and trials. Through personal interviews we get the in-depth perspective of our riders' captivating personalities. We also witness their incredible skill when they hit the unforgiving trails, both to train and just for fun. |
